We were struggling to find a UK based company who could produce our wedding cards at a reasonable price and quality and were against the idea of directly dealing with companies from India as we had heard many stories of errors and discrepancies.
We were put in touch with the Elegant cards who were very welcoming and hospitable. They had a range of cards and examples to choose from and were very honest in their business approach and charges, which instantly put us at ease.
The first design was produced very soon after the initial deposit was placed. Through a series of Email and Phone calls amendments were made efficiently to ensure we were completely happy with the final design of which I was very particular being from the design world myself.
Once all was confirmed the order was placed and the cards were with us within the set time frame of two weeks.
